Note: As our products (shampoos and sprays) are classified as "sensitive goods" for international logistics, they may undergo additional security checks, which can occasionally lead to slight delays. We appreciate your patience in ensuring these high-quality products reach you safely.

3. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your package's journey.

4. Where is my order shipping from?

To provide you with the best value and the latest innovations in pet care, we ship our products directly from our specialized fulfillment center in China. As a UK-registered company (Pawra Care LTD), we ensure all products meet our high-quality standards before they reach your doorstep.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Pawra Pet Care is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

6. Packaging & Damages

We take extra care in packaging our bottles and sprays to prevent leakage during transit. If you receive your order damaged, please contact our support team at support@pawrapetcare.com within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and the product.
